سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع –

  • جميع الطلبات تُفصّل حسب المقاس واللون المطلوب، لذا لا يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع إلا في الحالات التالية:• خطأ من المتجر: يتم تعديل القطعة مجاناً مع تحمل المتجر تكاليف التوصيل.
  • خطأ من العميلة: تتحمل العميلة تكلفة التعديل والتوصيل.
  • تلف القطعة أو استحالة التعديل: يتم استرجاع مبلغ الطلب بالكامل.
  • مدة التعديل المجاني: شهر واحد من تاريخ الاستلام، وبعدها تُحسب رسوم تعديل إضافية.
  • فترات الضغط والمواسم: نعتذر عن استقبال طلبات تعديل جديدة لضيق الوقت.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are custom-made based on the client’s selected size and color. Therefore, returns and exchanges are only accepted in specific cases:

  • Store error: We offer free alteration and cover delivery costs.
  • ⁠Client error: The client bears alteration and delivery costs.
  • ⁠Damaged item or impossible alteration: The full order amount will be refunded.
  • ⁠Free alteration period: One month from the date of receipt; afterward, alteration fees apply.
  • Peak seasons: We apologize for not accepting alteration requests due to high demand and limited time.
